I have always had a love for photography and wildlife - but became even more passionate when I realized I could share my experiences with those that might not otherwise have the opportunity to witness this beauty firsthand. I believe if we can all connect with nature in some way, directly or indirectly, we will be driven to become better stewards and protect our environment and all living creatures for future generations.

Over the past few years over 2500 people have participated in my blog on Facebook and it has grown into a community of friends that share a love for nature. With this new site, I hope to continue that community spirit and share new pictures and stories that may not be appearing in my blog on Facebook.

My photos and stories are a labor of love. I hope that, at least for a moment, you will be carried away by the beauty that surrounds us. As Ansel Adams so eloquently stated..."Sometimes I do get to places just when God's ready to have somebody click the shutter."
